Initial Consultations: Personal Injury:Free Initial Consultation All Other Cases:$95 consultation, which is credited to your account if we are retained. Attorney Fees: Transactional Cases: For most transactional cases, we provide flat fees.Transactional cases comprises those cases where we are asked to draft documents, including estate planning, long-term care planning, business formation and more. Personal Injury: If we accept your personal injury case, we offer contingency fees.This means we get paid for our services only if there is a monetary award or recovery of funds. The percentage will be less if we settle your case early in the process, i.e., prior to filing a lawsuit. Most Other Cases: If the case is such that a flat fee or contingency fee is inappropriate, generally charge an hourly rate.For this we usually require an initial retainer, the amount of which is dependent on the facts of the case. This retainer is applied against our standard hourly rates, ranging from $150 to $205 outside of court and $225 to $275 in court, depending on the attorney.Generally, if the total fees are expected to exceed the initial retainer, we will require you to maintain a balance in the Firm?s trust account and if the total fees are less than the initial retainer, we issue a refund.
Payment plans are available on a case-by-case basis.
